ISP Process Training

We encour­age and sup­port provider agen­cies to develop and offer their own ISP train­ing courses for their employ­es who use this ISP process. We pro­vide resources to assist agen­cies in this effort. Check out our ISP Train­ing Resources page for more information.

Due to fund­ing changes, we are cur­rently offer­ing fewer pub­lic classes. How­ever, train­ing is still avail­able. If you don’t see a class that you’re look­ing for, there are other options for sup­port as well. Feel free to con­tact us if you have a ques­tion about what is available.

Online Training

We offer monthly Online ISP Forums which are geared toward addressing current issues related to the 24-hour ISP process. All process users are encouraged to participate or review the materials afterward. Click here to learn more about our forums and to register.

We currently have an online training module that explains the process changes that were rolled out on 11.18.11. This 28-minute video is intended for people who are already familiar with Oregon’s Comprehensive ISP process but need to be brought up to speed on the changes.
