ISP Training Resources

The PCP/ISP Team at OTAC has published several resources that may help you brush up your own ISP skills or train others on the required ISP process. For assistance with any of these materials, please submit a support request.

Resource	Description
ISP Graphic Overview	New for 9.9.09, this is a road map style graphic overview of the flow of the ISP process. This is used at the beginning of ISP process trainings to orient new users to the process.
Adult Sample Forms	This is a partially complete ISP that is useful for seeing how the ISP forms might look when they are filled out.
Children Sample Forms	This is a partially complete ISP that is useful for seeing how the ISP forms might look when they are filled out.
Annotated Forms	This is a copy of most of the ISP forms with notes about key points that are applicable to each page. This is great as a refresher tool. Check these out if you just want to refresh your memory on the key required points for a specific form.
Pre-Meeting Graphic	This training handout is used to discuss who attends the Pre-Meeting and what must be done during the Pre-Meeting.
Making Changes Graphic	This handout summarizes the key points of how to make changes throughout the ISP process.
Quick Use Guides for Front Line Managers	This booklet summarizes the ISP process to get front line managers started quickly. It’s not a replacement for ISP training, but can be helpful as a starting point.
Quick Use Guides for Direct Support Professionals	This booklet summarizes what direct support staff need to know about the ISP process. It is a useful training tool that can be used by managers with their staff.
