ISP Two Day Training
This class covers each part of the ISP planning for individuals living in 24-hour group homes or in Proctor Care. From how to gather and record person centered information to identifying risks then action planning with a good balance of what is important to the individual and what is important for them. Participants walk away with knowledge, materials and tools to be successful in creating ISP’s.
ISP Regional Forums
The ISP Forums are regional gatherings to focus on specific areas of interest as well as taking the next steps in refining your planning skills. Flexibility in which sessions you sign up for create a tailed event for each participant. There is a session for family members, a question and answer time for all stakeholders and sessions on specific pieces of the planning process.
People Planning Together
Bringing people who receive services together to learn how to plan and advocate for themselves. Individuals who complete this class leave with a person centered description that is utilized to influence their current ISP. This class is two days with a recommended follow up. This class will be available Spring ’08.
