Individual Support Plans
Planning with people is an important part of the work that occurs to provide services that help people grow, realize new dreams, and be valued members of their community. OTAC is contracted through the Office of Developmental Disability Services to provide training and technical assistance to stakeholders involved with supporting people who live in 24-hour group homes. Public trainings on the ISP process are provided throughout the year in different regions of the state. There are also workshops that focus on tools and skills to improve the quality of ISPs. Technical Assistance is available via the web, email, or phone when you have a question about the ISP process. If you are in need of specific training that you cannot find on our website, technical assistance may be available.
OTAC also provides the required forms and instructional manual for Oregon’s comprehensive ISP process. We provide assistance with the ISP process as well as technical assistance with the forms.
