GRO Manual

The GRO Manual (Growing Resources in Oregon) was developed in 2010 to address the need for training and Gro treeinformation that reflects the changing profile of individuals entering into the development disabilities service system.  The contents of this manual were developed from research on best practices for supporting people with complex needs. The information in this manual is reviewed and updated annually.  New articles and training tools are added periodically. Click here to read more about what is in the GRO Manual.

Each section of the GRO Manual is bundled into a single large PDF file. To browse the contents more easily we recommend using the Bookmarks feature of the latest version of Adobe Reader.

Target audience: Support Workers, Services Coordinators, Personal Agents, families of people with I/DD
