Position: Project Specialist

The Oregon Technical Assistance Corporation (OTAC) is seeking a full-time employee with a background in mental health with knowledge of developmental disabilities.   This position joins 5 OTAC Community Supports and Crisis Project employees whose work activities focus on providing statewide training and consultation to residential and vocational providers in positive behavior supports, Autism Spectrum Disorders and other related organizational communication disorders, dual diagnoses, and OIS (Oregon Intervention System).  The successful candidate will need a strong background in mental health diagnoses, the implementation of positive behavioral practices, awareness of developmental disabilities, and knowledge of mental health service systems.  Excellent written, oral, and team communication skills are required. Statewide travel is required.  OTAC offers very competitive salaries (commensurate with experience) and benefits.
